Open the lid, and confirm the lights on ALL components are lit up. - Check that your antenna cable is properly seated. - Unplug the deivce, wait 15 seconds, plug it back in. It might take up to 15 minutes for all components to become operational again after a power cycle. - Be sure that the power strip inside the box is on. (Repeat: Check lights on internal components)
